Frequently asked questions

When is tuition charged?

Monthly tuition is posted on the first and expected by the third. A valid card must stay on file. Any outstanding balance is charged on the third or the next business day.

What if we miss a class?

Tuition is not reduced for absences. Contact the front desk about an age- and level-appropriate makeup with available space before attending. Makeups have no cash value, are not guaranteed, and expire at the end of the season or the dancer’s last paid-through day, whichever comes first.

What if we need to withdraw?

Contact the front desk, preferably before the first of the month so the next month’s tuition is not posted. Telling the teacher is not notice to the front desk. Tuition is nonrefundable after posting; any exception or adjustment is decided case by case.
